Investigation of oil–gas flows with the wire-mesh sensor was carried out in an inclinable rig facility in the Chemical Engineering Laboratory of the Faculty of Engineering, University of Nottingham, UK, which had been employed for earlier studies , , for air–water two-phase flow.
